■ IKEBANA ■
Life (Ikebana) is the conscience of own responsibility as an individual, and is the belief of own style without being pretentious, envy, exaggeration, fear, denial, discrimination, damage, and sometimes with conceding. That is life for me after 40 years.
                            / Eriho Saito

■ Ikebana - Misyo style ■
Founder: Misyousai Ippo (artist name)/ Yamamoto Sanseki (real name) from 1761 to 1824 Period and Back ground: Misyou style is spread from Osaka in 19 century (Edo period).

■ Philosophy of Ippo ■
The true picture is the harmony of inside and outside of things. Exaggeration, twisted mind and perversion have to be despised. Most importance is given to the believe of oneself without mean-sprite or shame.

■ What is Misho? ■
You would have a meaningless life if you see only the surface of things which are not essential qualities. The essential qualities have been beneath the surface of things since the begining of time and is not a material object. Misho style is the way to express these essential qualities using plants.
